black reflects people more than light
white is too hard to look at, it shines so bright
you can't feel that you belong to there, it's just so high above
it's just inhumane, is pure as a dove
but when you look at something dark
the darker the shade the more it becomes a mirror
you can see the reflections of your identity,
belonging stems from feeling familiar
its not the perfection, its the belonging that heals


it's the dark tone in you that reveals
it's the light tone in you that conceals


dark includes more colors than white in fact
love is not for the perfection, its for the things that you lack
because the love can only enter from your cracks
